This is a completely developed set of Quality System Procedures, Quality Manual and forms for you to use to design and document an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management system.

The Quality System has been developed based our nine years of consulting work done with clients in many varied industries. It has worked well in organizations of 10 employees, and in large multi-site international organizations.
We found that as we worked with different companies, we used a very similar and straightforward system. During our years of consulting, the system was continually improved upon. It evolved to be a tried-and-true Quality System we could customize for each client. After years of use in varied industries, the procedures were exceptionally well designed and easy to use. Customization for each organization was done mostly on the detail of the procedure, while the general flow of the process did not need changing.
